Friendly and attentive staff who really know how to take care of you, and the facilities were pretty great. Our room was spacious and looked like it had just been remodeled. 😊

Wonderful place, it was fairly clean and had immensely pleasant and incredibly nice staff who knows customer service. The king room was brand-new, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The location was marvellous, not far from many dining places, other restaurants and Close to movie theater.

Comfortable room with a big cozy bed and a flat-screen TV with lots of channels. You can even watch on-demand movies - perfect for winding down after a busy day 🎥. the location is awesome if you need to get work done at the business center nearby.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was excellent, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. The hotel's free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus for me. It made my travel experience so much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to many dining options and local activities. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel near DFW airport and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and many more just a short drive away. The room was a good size and the A/C and heat worked well. The staff was also excellent, providing great service throughout my stay.

The food options were impressive, they had a great variety to choose from. the location was super convenient, right by several highways that can easily take you to different business areas, restaurants, and shopping spots around here. 🛣️

The hotel is located in a really nice area, close to Main Street Grapevine. It provides easy access to areas we wanted to go to. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers an indoor pool which was enjoyable for the grandkids. Additionally, the hotel has a fireplace in the lobby, adding a cozy touch to the atmosphere.

There was a lack of communication regarding the shuttle service to the airport, which caused inconvenience for our early morning flight.

The hotel had great food and a nice pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and were always there to answer our questions. Additionally, the location was key as it was close to the airport, making it convenient for us to catch our flights.

There were a few things that could have been better. The shower chair provided was small and didn't feel sturdy, so we couldn't use it.
